ASTRAL
SOUND BATH
Enter the realm of our Astral Sound Bath, an immersive experience "among the stars".
Set in a dome shaped hall illuminated by projected astral visuals. You will your mat at a candle and experience the restorative effects of sound healing within a group setting surrounded by celestial ambiance.
All of our Astral Sound Baths begin with a hot or iced nervine tea service. Our Sound Bath Tea is an intentional blend of Damiana, Linden, Blue Lotus made to support the nervous system and promote meditation.

FLOATING FREQUENCIES
Floating Frequencies is a hosted at The Westin in Downtown Calgary at their rooftop pool.
Float on an air mattress or lay poolside amidst water effect visuals and twinkling city lights as you feel the gentle movement of water paired with the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, gong and more.
Underground parking, snacks and refreshments are provided.

SALT ROOM
SOUND BATH
Join us in the Salt Room at Joy and Vitality Centre to experience the healing benefits of sound vibration and halotherapy all in one session.
Halotherapy, also known as dry salt therapy, promotes respiratory health, reduces inflammation, and offers skin benefits through exposure to aerosolized salt particles.
The Salt Room is equipped with a halo generator that emits salt particles into the room throughout the sound bath.

Come and see for yourself when you join us in the glass pyramids in Edmonton at the Muttart Conservatory for this one of a kind sound healing experience.
Facilitated within the feature pyramid that has ever changing themes alternating from tulips, hydrangeas, lush foliage, and water features.
When you register for Pyramid of Sound you also get access to the other 3 pyramids at the Muttart Conservatory

SOUND BATH
Experience the magic of our Greenhouse Sound Bath and immerse yourself in a serene, ambient atmosphere that will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
Set in the lush surroundings of the Saskatoon Farm Greenhouse, practicing mindfulness has never been more idyllic.
After you set your space and pick up your nervine tea, we welcome you to enjoy the farm and the view of the Cliffs Edge. check out the tortoises or lounge in the botanical haven that is the Saskatoon Farm Greenhouse.
