Welcome to "The Sound Lounge" at The Westin in Downtown Calgary!
A dream like escape for you right here in the city. Adorned with dreamy lighting, The Sound Lounge was curated for your comfort. We provide everything for you to arrive just as you are, including a cozy inflatable bed, fully made with pillows and blankets, inviting you to fully sink in and let go.
Allowing the soothing sounds to guide you into a state of deep relaxation. Sound healing works on the basis of brainwave entrainment, meaning that when we play instruments that emit specific frequencies, our brainwaves align with those rhythms. This synchronization helps transition the mind from a state of alertness to a more relaxed, meditative state. As the nervous system calms, it activates the body’s natural healing processes, reducing stress and promoting emotional balance.
