Melt away your stresses at Mellow Monday, brought to you by Earth Sounds and Somatika, in a cozy, intimate setting.
Join us between 6:50-7:10 PM to settle in and enjoy a soothing cup of herbal nervine tea as you prepare for a relaxing session.
We'll begin with a gentle guided meditation, grounding you in the present moment, before moving into a deeply restorative sound bath led by two facilitators. This sound healing session will consist of crystal bowls, gongs, ocean drums, and chimes, The vibrations and light breathwork will carry you into deep relaxation.
Leaving you feeling refreshed, centered, and ready to embrace the week ahead.
