Join us for an evening of deep relaxation and retreat at our Greenhouse Sound Bath at The Saskatoon Farm just South of Calgary.
Upon arrival of the farm you will find yourself on a beautiful old fashioned main street abundant with plants, windmills, and totem poles. Enter the Greenhouse, lay your mat and make your space comfortable. Once you are settled in, come up to the bar for snacks and refreshments. We will be serving our Sound Bath Tea, a blend of nervine herbs that support your nervous system, induce relaxation and promote meditation and delicious treats provided by local vendors.
With your tea in hand and treat in tummy stop by our Aura Spray Station and cleanse your aura with a liquid smudge. Crafted with essential oils, herbal extracts and charged with high frequency therapeutic tibetan bowls, made in house and graciously sponsored by Joy and Vitality Centre.
